Quiet estuary water and expanse of pine forests and mangroves, accompany the journey that is not until ten minutes.
The Ampiang Parak turtle conservation area originated from the efforts of young people and the local community, greening barren land in the coastal area, so that ocean waves and even tsunamis do not directly hit their settlements.
Efforts in 2015, bearing fruit two years later after the turtle stopped and lay eggs. This has slowly changed the behavior of residents from turtle egg hunters to conservationists.
At present visitors can see various types of sea turtles and can participate releasing sea turtles to the sea.
