This is the amusing moment two lazy pit bulls dragged themselves along the ground while racing to a gate.

Warapong Thibordee had just finished playing with his two pet dogs, which love running and racing each other.

Even when they were back at the house and thoroughly exhausted, they found a way to race by dragging themselves along the ground.

Footage from Tuesday (21/01) in Kanchanaburi, central Thailand, shows the brown pooch, named Han Solo, crawling with the darker pet, Darth Vader, following him.

Warapong said his pooches love competing against each other in strange ways.

He said: "They are too competitive. We had just finished running outside and ran out of energy but they still managed to find a way to race again by crawling when they were tired."
