Indonesia is the World's Largest Plastic Waste Manufacturer
A number of fishermen are active on plastic piles on Sukaraja Beach, Bandar Lampung City, Lampung Province, Indonesia, Tuesday 4 February 2020.
The rubbish that has accumulated in the coastal area is rubbish from residents' homes that are thrown into the river and then flowed to the beach.
Conditions like this have been going on for a long time and the local government hasn't come down to clean up.
As is known, Indonesia is the second largest producer of waste in the world after China and the percentage of plastic waste reaches 38%.
This is certainly very detrimental, both for fishermen and tourist destinations.
