A one-horned rhino was seen roaming the streets in Nepal while checking on COVID-19 lockdown violators.

Locals witness the presence of an unexpected 'cop' after the rhino strayed away from the nearby forest and entered a buffer zone.

The incident took place near Hotel Tiger residency, Sauraha, in Chitwan District and Chitwan Valley on May 8.

The visual shows the rhino approaching the gate of a building, visibly calm.

Reports suggest that the mammal might have strayed out of the Chitwan National Park located in the vicinity.

The dense forests and grassy plains of the national park are home to rare mammals like one-horned rhinos and Bengal tigers.
