Whilst exploring local Welsh ecosystems wildlife photographer Ewan Wilson hears the sounds of distressed crows. Apon investigation he finds a buzzard (bird of prey) stalking the crows.

The crows immediately mount an attack on the unwanted bird of prey to prevent the raptor from claiming them as a meal. They begin dive bombing the buzzard but they underestimate the birds athletic ability. One of the crows dive attacks fails dramatically as the buzzard skilfully evades the attack with a quick dodge.

Buzzards are one of the UK's most successful birds of prey with a wide range diet which includes crows. These now common raptors where almost hunted to extinction in fear of them hunting game birds. However thanks to the hard work of nature conservationist and the restrictions of there hunting during the two world wars the birds have bounced back. They are now a common sight and a symbol of conservation success in the United Kingdom.
