This is a dramatic moment more than 30,000THB (753GBP) in cash fell from a motorcycle rider's bag.

CCTV footage Chachoengsao, eastern Thailand, shows the rider speeding along the road with hundreds banknotes trailing behind him.

Passing drivers stopped their cars and helped the man to collect his lost money. He managed to scrape back around half of the amount.

He said he did not expect to receive the whole amount back because it was his own carelessness that led to this loss.

The embarrassed rider, who did not want to be named, said: "It was a painful experience for me as I should have kept the money safer in my bag. I am grateful for the drivers that helped me collect them and think that I had to admit that the rest might never be returned."
