Cat falls into floodwater after trying to reach bowl of old cooking oil
CCTV footage shows a hapless cat falling onto the flooded floor after trying to jump up to a bench with a bowl of oil.
The cat lost its balance and was soaked in the flood when it stepped on the bowl in Bangkok, Thailand on October 3. It also knocked over the bowl of used, cold, cooking oil.
Pongthep Anurat found oil floating all over his restaurant’s parking lot when he arrived so he checked the CCTV out of curiosity.
He said: ‘I wasn’t expecting this at all. I came back in the morning to find oil floating everywhere. When I saw the footage I couldn’t control my laugh.’
