This baby elephant was exhausted after struggling to exit a muddy river crossing in Mopani, South Africa.

The footage filmed on March 6 shows the calf struggling to find its feet as it attempted to follow the rest of its herd across the river.

Once out of the water, the calf then immediately rolls onto its side for a quick pit stop.
