A woman gave birth to a rare set of conjoined twins in eastern India's Odisha on April 11. The incident took place in a private nursing hospital located in the Kendrapara district.

Visuals feature the infant's kin carrying the babies, who rest their heads on her arm. The rare conjoined twins cry in synchronization while the medical experts and onlookers gather around to behold the experience. Later, the babies' family shifts the twins to another medical institution.

The infant was delivered with two fully developed heads. The baby is conjoined twin sisters who share a single body, three arms, and two legs. Later the infant was shifted to the district headquarters hospital at Kendrapara. However, doctors referred the baby to the Cuttack-based Sishu Bhawan for further treatment.
