A cyclist hit the brakes and went head-over-handlebars to avoid hitting a tuk-tuk which suddenly made a u-turn in front of him.

Mechanic Mark Axle Gamara Mendoza said they were busy assisting customers when they heard a loud noise outside in Laguna province, the Philippines on September 29.

To see what happened, they reviewed the CCTV footage and saw how the crash happened outside their shop.

He said: ‘They are both at fault in my opinion. We should always be alert to avoid such incidents.’

The tuk-tuk driver apologised to the cyclist. No one was seriously hurt in the incident so they did not call the police to intervene.
