CARELESS DRIVING: Minivan cut off subaru causing an easily avoidable sideswipe crash
A minivan comes out of a junction into a left turn but while doing this doesn't give the proper right of way to the subaru which was heading straight over. This causes the subaru to drive forward since he has right of way while likely assuming that the minivan will stop for him before pulling out of the junction. Instead the minivan doesn't stop, and neither does the subaru causing an easily avoidable accident.
