A massive deadly cobra invaded a man’s bathroom in Thailand.

Resident Amphon Karapak contacted the snake wrangler after spotting a huge king cobra hiding in his home’s toilet in Chanthaburi province on March 2.

Upon arrival, the snake specialist Chanon Lalert searched for the venomous serpent and found it curled up behind a washing machine. He caught the gigantic reptile in just 15 minutes.

Chanon showered the snake and gave it some water before measuring it.

It was reportedly more than 12ft-long and weighed 7kgs. The wranglers took it back to their office for a health checkup and later released it to the jungle far from the village.

Chanon said: ‘It’s been two years since I came across a king cobra this big. I’ve seen some with similar length but not the same weight.

‘Villagers will be seeing more big king cobras from March to April. These are the months that snakes would leave their habitat to find food. Residents are advised to contact specialists as the king cobra’s venom is deadly.’
