A surgeon who regularly goes viral on TikTok thanks to his unique insider knowledge has left users stunned after revealing why t*sticle implants vary by size.

Dr Anthony Youn, a plastic surgeon, has over 7.7 million followers on the app and likes to demonstrate the strength and sheer variety of cosmetic implants available.

Speaking in a recent video, he shares a clip of a mysterious egg-like implant.

Dr Anthony says: “These are implants, but for what body part? I’ll give you a hint.”

In the clip Dr Youn can be seen handling a number of sample implants varying in size.

He picks up one of the larger implants, which are about the size of a lychee fruit, before explaining in a tongue-in-cheek fashion why different sizes are needed.

“This one is for people like myself,” he explains before rolling the implant between his thumb and forefinger.

He then moves over to a smaller implant, which one TikTok user compared to a “grape”.

Dr Anthony jokes about a rival surgeon, adding: “And this little one is for someone like Dr Ricky Brown.”

The clip was shared on TikTok and Instagram, where it racked up over 36,000 likes.

"Didn’t know you could get implant for that learn something new every day lol," commented one user.

"I love how literal doctors have beef," another person commented on the joke about Dr Brown.

Some users were mostly just perplexed what the implant was, with one commenting: "I thought it was opal."

“Balls implants?!!” another shocked viewer said.

Someone else added: “Omg they make those for that!”

Replying to Youn's audacious video from his TikTok account Dr Ricky Brown said: “Hahah. Finally small ones to match up for you."

Despite the somewhat savage takedown, there is no love lost between Dr Anthony and Ricky Brown who often joke with each other online, much to the delight of both their followers on TikTok.
