Boy escapes serious injury after being run over by car in China
A boy avoided serious injuries after being run over by a car in China.
Video filmed in the city of Lishui in Zhejiang Province on May 8 shows a 6-year-old boy squatting in the middle of a road to play.
However, a car next to him suddenly knocked him over and ran him over.
The boy got up and sat on the ground after the car drove away above him and his mother ran to check him out after hearing his cry.
Fortunately, the boy only suffered skin trauma.
Police checked the surveillance camera and contacted the car driver named Xu.
Xu said to the police: "I was buying something next to the supermarket and did not see the boy was at the front of my car."
Xu did not know of the incident until the police informed him.
Xu was blamed for the incident.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
