Hero driver saves kitten lost on wet motorway in Thailand
A hero driver saved a kitten that was lost on a wet motorway in Thailand.
Viriyanon Nakadee was driving to work when he spotted the confused kitten trying to cross a road during a storm in Surat Thani province on July 4.
The kind driver pulled over his sedan and rushed to pick up the feline that was soaking wet from the rain.
Dashcam footage shows the driver pulling over to the side of the road a few seconds after the tiny white creature was seen. Another clip showed the wet kitten being held by the driver.
Wiriyanon said: ‘I felt so bad for the kitten. It was trembling from fear. It would just die there if I didn't stop to take it.'
The driver took the kitten to her car and patted it dry with a towel before travelling to her office. She fed it there and took it home with her to be adopted.
