A hero driver saved a scared little kitten trapped on a flyover in Thailand.

Pankaew Kanphong spotted the tiny black figure on his way home in Bangkok on September 23.

He then slowed down to avoid hitting the creature and pulled over to the side to pick it up.

Footage shows the cat lover climbing down the sedan to help the cat. The wary animal ran towards the concrete barrier and was later picked up in a basket.

The driver said: ‘The kitten have already been adopted by a friend of mine. I'm so happy I rescued the kitten before it was too late.'

He fed the creature some milk and gave it a space to rest as it was unhurt.

His friend later arrived to adopt the kitten after hearing about what happened.
