Odisha state of India is reeling under massive flood situation , more than 4.5 lakhs people in 1757 villages of 10 districts are badly affected by flood situation till now .
There are heavy rainfall from last couple of days , according to special relief commissioner Pradeep Kumar due to heavy rainfall and flood situation many districts in the state are badly affected.
More than 60000 people are evacuated to safe place till now and being provided food and shelter . Rescue and relief team have been deployed to flood affected area . 11 teams of National disaster response force and 12 teams of odisha disaster rapid action force with local odisha fire service are invoked in rescue mission .
Odisha low lying citie like Jagatsinghnagar , Kendrapara, Cuttack and Puri are affected due to heavy water flow in mahanadi river.
According to Indian metrology department more rain is expected for this week .
