Smart shepherd uses drone to herd flock of sheep in China
A smart shepherd used a drone to herd a flock of sheep in northern China.
Video filmed in the city of Hulunbuir in Inner Mongolia on October 18 shows a flock of sheep running back to their cage as a drone was used to herd them.
According to the shepherd named Chao, he could observe the sheep and see the full view of them when herding them with a drone.
The noise from the drone could warn the sheep and Chao was able to use it to adjust the direction of the sheep.
Chao said it was very convenient and drone herding may become the norm one day.
