Nearly 7 miles of 15,000 volunteers come together to break world record for longest human FLAG
As part of the 74th anniversary of India's Republic Day (January 27), organizers gathered 15,000 volunteers to hoist an attempt with the world record for the largest human flag, stretching out over 11,000 kilometers (6.8 miles) in Bhubaneswar.
"The event is being organized to spread the message of patriotism and national pride among the citizens of Bhubaneshwar. It is also an attempt to bring the citizens of Bhubaneshwar together and celebrate the spirit of the Republic of India. The organizers of the event are confident that their attempt will enter the Guinness World Record and will be remembered for many years to come," said the filmer.
