A baby goat was found by the side of the road by Nora, the founder of The Israeli Bat Sanctuary. He was dehydrated and freezing due to the harsh Israeli winter.
Although The Israeli Bat Sanctuary is a dedicated bat rescue group, she couldn't ignor the little animal in distress. Nora picked him up immediately and took him home to the sanctuary.
The little kid was warmed up with lots of blankets and a heating lamp, and nursed back to health. It took a while but he recovered wonderfully with the aid of yummy food and Nora's TLC.
Only two days later, this little baby goat is all better, and as it turns out, very playfull!
Here is the little kid, very energetic and playing with his older foster sister, a rescued dog who found her forever home in the sanctuary.
