Minnesota man encounters multiple closed roads due to flooding
Yesterday, on Fri Apr 14 2023, I faced multiple flooded roads during my drive home as a result of heavy snowfall this season. This road was among them. After a week of warm temperatures, the flooding had worsened. Consequently, what was supposed to be a one-hour commute turned into a 2.5-hour ordeal. I decided I wanted to go down this road just a little bit to show people just how dangerous it is and exactly why they close roads as you can see in the video the water quickly got deeper and the rapids got stronger. also found it interesting to know that it is up to $1000 fine for driving on the roads that have been closed.
