A hungry monitor lizard crawled towards a refrigerator after wandering into a woman's kitchen in Thailand.
The beast emerged from a nearby pond and entered Nannapas Somsree's house in the Tha Sae district of Chumphon, Thailand on April 14.
The young woman found the lizard rummaging through the rubbish bin looking for food before escaping outside.
She said: 'The monitor lizard was shocked and ran away when it saw me. There is a palm garden outside the house where a lot of them live. THey usually come to the house to eat fish from the koi pond.'
