This is the bizarre moment a woman manning a food stall flashed her breasts and distracted passing drivers in Thailand.

Footage shows the lady pulling down her top to display her bosom as she stood behind a roadside store along Highway 12 in Phetchabun province. In front of her were two foam containers that were empty of produce.

As footage emerged of the flashing incident, local reporters visited the stall, which they learned belonged to Boonyaporn Phapa, 36, living nearby.

However, the puzzled vendor said she had no idea who the woman in the video was.

She said: 'I've been foraging for mushrooms and bamboo shoots from the forest to sell at my stall for several years. I have no clue who this lady is. She's not my daughter or relative. I've never met her before.'

Nearby vendors also said they were unfamiliar with the flasher.

Boonyaporn said many drivers - mostly men - had been dropping by her stall to inquire about the provocatively dressed woman. But upon learning she wasn't there, they would leave without buying anything.

The baffled stall owner said: 'The viral video must have been taken after I had closed the shop for the day. You could see that the foam boxes are empty and I had taken the umbrella home with me. Only the stall itself and the signs were left.'

It is believed the half-naked woman had been advertising a service possibly related to online gambling or adult subscription websites as the footage contained a link that led to a private app account.

Under Section 388 of Thailand's Criminal Code, 'any person who performs such a disgraceful act in public by undressing himself, exhibiting his undressed person or committing any other act of obscenity shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred baht'.
