In a shocking display of reckless driving, a Mercedes motorist was spotted juggling his cell phone and a balloon of nitrous oxide (N2O), better known as laughing gas, on his commute in London. The clip was filmed by YouTuber CyclingMikey.

"I was riding home when I noticed the driver. I saw him on his phone, then realised he also had an N2O balloon," CyclingMikey said. The N2O canister, alarmingly, was in plain sight, situated on the center console near the handbrake.

Nitrous oxide, while used medically for its analgesic effects, is also a popular recreational drug. But its use while driving presents serious public safety risks.
