Locals and rescue teams pulled out survivors from the debris of a three-storey house that collapsed in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, on September 4.

Two people were killed in the collapse and 12 have been rescued from the rubble. Four are still trapped inside.

The cause of the collapse is not yet known.

Three-storey house collapses in Barabanki, 15 people buried inside, two killed late last night in Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh on September 4. This accident took place in Kazipur locality of Fatehpur Kotwali area in Barabanki district.

Out of which two people have died while eight people have been referred from the district hospital to Lucknow Trauma Center.
As soon as the police-administration received information about this accident Pawan Kumar mention NDRF Officer, all the top officials immediately reached the spot and started the rescue.

NDRF and SDRF teams also reached the spot. People trapped under the debris were rescued and sent to the local CHC and district hospital. Efforts are on to rescue the remaining buried people from the debris. However, the reason for the building collapse is not yet clear.
