Grumpy kangaroo punches streamer twice because she won't let it grab selfie stick
A grumpy kangaroo punched a streamer twice while she was filming because she wouldn’t let him touch her selfie stick.
Janjira Suparat - known as justketh on streaming website Twitch - was visiting Safari World Bangkok in Thailand in September when a group of marsupials surrounded her.
As she set up her camera one of the kangaroos suddenly became very interested in Janeiro’s selfie stick and made a grab for it by swiping at her hand.
However after relocating her phone, Janjira was punched for a second time by the animal, forcing her to fall on her backside looking shocked.
Janjira said: “It was a little bit scary because I know how well they can box. Fortunately they were only small and cute so I found it funny.
“I was streaming my interactions with them as I adore them but once kept trying to grab my selfie stick.
“Because I tried to stop it, it saw me as its enemy and started punching me. It startled me slightly so I fell over backwards.
“In those couple of minutes it tried to punch me twice at least.
“I like to stream all of the local events and places you can visit in Thailand. Here you can feed and play with the wallabies so I was showing my followers that.”
