A strange incident in Bangkok city, a large man with no shirt was having some problem on the street.
I came across this strange scene, in Bangkok yesterday. A large man with no shirt on, seemed to leave his wheel chair and was surrounded, by security and medical staff and motorcycle taxi drivers. They had great difficulty trying to get him to sit down in the wheel chair. They also had a n ambulance waiting for him. They also took his blood pressure. He didn't seem to speak Thai, as they had great difficulty communicating with him. I am still puzzled by what this event was all about, and what problem this man had.
