Ukrainian forces destroy Russian Buk-M2 air defence system
These images show Ukrainian forces destroying a Russian Buk-M2 air defence system using a HIMARS missile.
The footage shows the Russian war machine being hit by Ukrainian ordnance and exploding as its own weaponry appears to detonate.
The images were obtained from the Office of Strategic Communications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Thursday, November 30, along with a statement saying: 'Today, November 30, another Buk-M2 air defence system of the Russian occupying forces was destroyed in the Kherson direction with the help of the HIMARS missile system.'
Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022, in what the Kremlin is still calling a 'special military operation'.
