Hospital Director Exposes Hamas' Military Exploitation of Medical Facilities in Gaza Strip

In a joint announcement by the IDF and ISA, Ahmad Kahalot, the Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in Jabalya (northern Gaza Strip), confessed to Hamas transforming hospitals into military facilities. Recruited by Hamas in 2010 as a Brigadier General, Kahalot detailed the infiltration of hospital staff by Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades operatives, including doctors, nurses, paramedics, clerks, and other staff.
Arrested on December 12th, Kahalot, during ISA interrogation, disclosed Hamas' use of hospitals for military purposes, citing instances of hiding operatives, conducting military activities, transporting Hamas members, and even harboring a captured soldier.
Quotes from Kahalot's testimony reveal Hamas' calculated strategy, including the use of private ambulances and secret locations within hospitals. The revelations underscore the dangerous manipulation of medical facilities for military advantage by the terrorist organization.
