Theresa Samson and Charles Mejia held a triple celebration party for her 23rd birthday, a gender reveal, and a marriage proposal in Manila, the Philippines, on December 5.

Footage shows the couple waiting for the countdown to pop the balloon that Charles is holding. When Theresa pops the balloon, pink confetti bursts into the air to signify that they will be having a baby girl.

However, the surprises didn't end there. In a move that left Theresa in shock, Charles seized the opportunity to take their relationship to the next level.

Dropping to one knee, he took a ring from his pocket and poked the already emotional soon-to-be mom to face him. He then asks her to marry him.
