Indian fishermen rescue and release 3 dolphins trapped in netting
Fishermen in Kadaladi, Tamil Nadu, rescued and released three dolphins that were trapped in nets.
Footage from February 11 shows the fishermen battling to untangle the marine mammals from the netting. They're seen dragging the dolphins back into the ocean.
Indian Administrative Service officer Supriya Sahu said: '"ocal fishermen and Tamil Nadu Foresters safely rescued and released three dolphins accidentally caught in fishing nets at Kakaladi in the Ramnathapuram District. Kudos to them. They will be honoured by the District Administration."
