At the institutional level, together with NACTVET we helped to partner with the Chinese institutions, together with the Tanzania institutions to the one-to-one partnership. And through the one-to-one partnership between the institutions, they can also have like staff exchanges and also the joint diploma program to cultivate students."

"Our country is currently building an industrial economy that requires many qualified and skilled workers. So, as a country, we can not avoid investing in the production of competent and skilled workers to meet demand of the labor market. Recognizing this important role, NACTVET, in collaboration with local and foreign stakeholders. As I have mentioned on the concept our colleagues from Sunmaker and Chinese institutions in China. We teamed up to prepare Occupational Standards in important sectors for the growth of the industrial economy."
