STORYLINE:
Chinese company Universal Energy is the contractor for 6 wind and solar power projects in Kazakhstan.
They are part of China-Kazakhstan production capacity cooperation programs under the Belt and Road Initiative.

"Since 2015, our company has mainly focused on investing in new energy power plants. We are building photovoltaic power plants and wind farms in Kazakhstan. So far, we have built six new energy power projects with a total capacity of 380 megawatts."
As of now, Universal Energy has provided 2.34+ bln kWh of green electricity to the local area, reducing carbon emissions by 2.34 mln tonnes.
