China Media Group (CMG) has completed all preparations to broadcast the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, scheduled to take place from July 26 to August 11.

Three CMG's live broadcast studios and a location studio are being used in Paris. Situated directly opposite the Eiffel Tower, the location studio will provide coverage of the event alongside the CMG studio at the Main Press Center of Paris 2024 Olympic Games. With the Eiffel Tower serving as a backdrop during live reports, the studio aims to create an immersive atmosphere by integrating real scenes with virtual technology, delivering a high-quality audio-visual experience to viewers.

As an international primary broadcaster with coverage of the highest number of sports events at the Paris 2024 Olympics, the CMG has mobilized a team of 2,000 members in both China and France, spanning production, broadcast, technological support, and news reporting.

Supported by cutting-edge technologies such as UHD, AI, 5G, and cloud platforms to cover the Games, the CMG is using self-developed broadcasting systems and key equipment that allow for multi-faceted and multi-dimensional reporting of the event.

With all preparations complete, CMG will broadcast over 7,000 sporting events, totaling more than 3,800 hours of coverage over the 16-day sports extravaganza.

Additionally, the Report on Technological Innovation and Development in Olympic Games Live Coverage by China Media Group has been released in several languages, highlighting CMG's technological innovations and exploring future possibilities for combining media technologies with sports events.
