A flamingo shook its head from side to side while interacting with a zoo visitor.

Footage shows the hilarious bird standing before the man, seemingly trying to mimic his head movements in Ratchaburi province, Thailand, on August 19.

The man told the animal what to do, but they shook their heads in the opposite direction, further amusing the onlookers.

The bird that roamed the compound freely eventually left him and approached the laughing women nearby.

Another zoo-goer, Nueng, said: 'The bird was so smart. I think it was trying to talk to us.'
