On September 14, in Beijing, a Rolls-Royce Cullinan worth over 7 million RMB (£748,000) suddenly caught fire while driving toward the T2 terminal of Beijing Airport.

Footage from the scene shows flames repeatedly erupting from the bottom of the vehicle, quickly engulfing it in thick smoke and fire. Despite the rapid response from firefighters, the vehicle was almost entirely destroyed, with severe damage to both the front engine compartment and the rear. The exact cause of the fire is still under investigation by relevant authorities.

According to the owner, the car was purchased for nearly 8 million RMB and was fully insured. The insurance may cover five to six million RMB in compensation, but the exact amount and process will depend on the specific terms of the insurance policy and the actual damage to the vehicle.
