Beach performer has tourists dancing along with her Latin song
A busker had tourists dancing along with her as she performed a Latin pop song on a beach.
Footage shows the entertainer Tong Kaewalin, 17, playing the guitar and singing Despacito, originally by Puerto Rican pop star Luis Fonsi and later remixed by Justin Bieber, in Phuket, Thailand, on September 10.
She had visitors busting moves in an open space beside her instrumental set-up. More people gathered around her with some sitting on steps before her.
Tong said: ‘My idol is another busker from Ireland, Allie Sherlock. She dropped out of school to do what she loves.'
Tong said she wanted to follow the Irish musician's footprint and is saving to travel and play in other countries.
She said: ‘Aside from singing, I can also dance. I am working on fulfilling my dreams now.'
The teenage performer carried her costumes and dances in other tourist spots.
She is homeschooling and hopes to be part of a cultural exchange program to improve her craft.
