US: Officers Save Woman from Fiery Vehicle After Rollover Accident

Mount Pleasant, United States - October 27, 2024 At 9:55 p.m. on October 27, 2024, Mt. Pleasant Police responded to a dramatic one-vehicle rollover accident at the North Mission Road roundabout. Upon arrival, officers found the vehicle on its side, flames shooting from the rear. Without hesitation, they broke the front windshield and pulled the 22-year-old female driver to safety, just moments before the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames. The driver, from Sterling Heights, was transported to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The Mt. Pleasant Police Department received assistance from the Mt. Pleasant Fire Department, Isabella County Sheriff’s Office, Michigan State Police, MMR, and Isabella County Central Dispatch.
