US, Los Angeles: Pomona LASD Deputy Transported To Hospital After Going Down
Los Angeles, United States - November 13, 2024 11/13/2024 06:21 pm (GMT-0800) POMONA, Calif. – A Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputy collapsed while on duty at North Bonnie Cove Avenue and East Cienega Avenue in the city of Charter Oak. The deputy was transported by other deputies to Pomona Valley Hospital in a patrol unit. Multiple agencies were assisting with traffic control including CHP, Pomona PD and LASD Air Ship assisting from overhead with ground units and shutting down traffic. It is unknown at this time what led up to the deputy collapsing while on duty. Multiple fellow sheriff deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department were on scene at Pomona Valley Hospital.
