Nine tourists allegedly involved in a debauched drug-fuelled party were arrested in Bali, Indonesia.

The Bali Province National Narcotics Agency (BNN) raided the suspected orgy at a villa in the Canggu area of Badung Regency, on Saturday, December 21.

Footage shows the authorities conducting a search involving K9 units and random urine tests.

The bust was prompted by public reports of suspicious activity at the villa. Local media report that the drug party was disguised as a Christmas and New Year event.

Officers said that of the 50 foreign nationals present, nine were arrested, and two were detained.

Kombes I Made Sinar Subawa, Head of Eradication at Bali BNNP, confirmed that the arrested individuals were examined. One was not proven to have used drugs, while another tested positive for THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol), the active substance in marijuana.

He added: 'We have detained two of them. One was not suspected of using drugs. The other tested positive for THC.'

The foreigner who tested positive for THC was identified as a Russian man, who authorities say was the party organiser.

During the raid, officials and sniffer dogs reportedly found narcotics, including Benzo and THC, hidden in the folds of a sofa.

BNNP Bali also arrested 11 individuals at various nightlife venues across the province in a separate operation. Five of them tested positive for K2, Benzo, and THC drugs.
