A truck shunted a car and then pushed it through an intersection in a terrifying hit-and-run in Georgia.

Dashcam footage shows a tractor-trailer crashing into a silver passenger car on the I-85 overpass at Pleasant Hill Road in Gwinnett County, pushing it through two intersections before fleeing on January 28.

The collision occurred as the truck attempted to change lanes to the right near Venture Parkway, hitting the vehicle and causing it to spin in front of the massive truck.

Miraculously, the car's driver was unharmed and reported the incident to authorities.

Police swiftly tracked down the truck and identified the driver as Christian Barrier, 31, of Alabama.

Barrier turned himself in on January 31 and now faces charges of hit and run, improper lane change, reckless driving, and reckless conduct.
