Indecisive bird 'switches teams' and joins those facing the other way on cable
An indecisive bird appeared torn between two flocks and joined those facing the other way on a cable.
Footage shows the avians perched on electrical wires as more flew over to join them in Saraburi, Thailand, on February 9.
The newcomers filled in the gaps in the middle between the two sets until an amusing one arrived - hilariously changing its mind and inching to the other side.
The bird appeared to be comfortable with its position before looking the other way and hopping to the side.
Resident Jitrutda Minrawong said: 'I watched them from my home's yard. They were so funny. That one bird was a traitor.'
Birds often perch together on power lines for safety, warmth, and social interaction.
Being in a group helps them stay alert to predators while providing a convenient resting spot with a clear view of their surroundings.
In colder weather, they huddle closely to share body heat, making it easier to stay warm.
