A pet Shih Tzu joined a family at the table to eat a Pizza Hut chicken meal.

Footage shows the well-behaved pooch named Tobi sitting on the lap of his owner while being given bites of food in Manila, the Philippines, on September 27.

Tobi waited for more servings of meat and spaghetti without making a noise.

Ericka Andea said: 'He did not like to be left under the table. When the food arrived, Tobi stared at my brother's plate, especially the chicken.

'He let out a small whimper, clearly asking for a bite. My brother gave in and hand-fed him his favourite chicken.

'He is like a spoiled baby, just sitting with his mouth open, waiting to be fed. We could not stop smiling. He was just too cute.'
