A jogger fled in terror as strong winds tore off bus shelter-style covers protecting dustbins, sending them rolling across the ground and nearly hitting him.
CCTV footage shows the resident running past the structure when a gust suddenly ripped the canopy off in Yekaterinburg, Russia, on April 16 at 6:45 pm.
He ran to avoid being hit and managed to avoid it before the wind stopped blowing.
After the incident, authorities warned locals that strong winds would be in the area for several days.
