Spring has officially arrived at Northwest Trek Wildlife Park, and with it comes playful moments from the park’s beloved rescued grizzly bears. In a heartwarming new video captured by Keeper Haley, Huckleberry is seen excitedly finding a small stick—then gleefully tossing, pawing, and playing with it like it’s the best toy in the world.

A few weeks into waking from their winter snoozes, Huckleberry and his companion Hawthorne have been spotted wrestling, exploring their habitat, and enjoying the sunshine. The two bears, rescued as cubs, now spend their days relaxing in the forest, splashing in their pool, and reminding visitors of the simple joys of the wild.
