A tourist was seen wearing only a mankini while walking towards a red light plaza in Bangkok, Thailand.

Footage shows the foreigner confidently striding down the pavement in the revealing outfit on May 19.

As he scrolled on his phone, he had a short black vest with white lining and matching sunglasses.

The visitor also had white boots while travelling on the pedestrian lane.

Onlooker Kanokpon Fongtar said: 'He was walking along Sukhumvit Road towards the Nana Plaza with only a bikini on.'

Nana Plaza is one of Bangkok's most renowned red-light districts. It was initially established as a shopping centre and later transformed into an entertainment complex in the 1980s, branding itself now as the 'world's largest adult playground.'
