Israel - May 19, 2025 Following an undercover investigation - five suspects were arrested by Tel Aviv Metropolitan Police detectives on suspicion of money laundering offenses The suspects, including family members and a member of a criminal organization, allegedly ran a business providing financial services in Ramat Gan without a license, and through it laundered tens of millions of shekels for criminal elements over a period of time. During the operation, cash totaling approximately 300,000 shekels, six luxury vehicles, and 10 real estate properties worth tens of millions of shekels were seized. In addition, several bank accounts of companies and individuals designated for confiscation were frozen.
