A pedal-powered rollercoaster was surprisingly violent, leaving brothers in tears as it swung them along tracks.

Footage shows the boys screaming as the ride jolted them from side to side at a park in Bulacan, the Philippines.

The wagon spun around as the youngsters clung to each other in panic before they finally reached the end of the line.

The momentum for the kiddie ride was unexpectedly strong despite the area's cheerful rainbow and green grass decorations.

Mum Abegail De Joya said: 'The ride was at Rayloong Park, a newly opened wet and dry park, which has the biggest inflatable pool near Manila. My sons tried their mini roller coaster ride and their reaction was funny.'

The family trip happened on May 27.
