This is the nerve-wracking moment high-rise window cleaners dangled from ropes while working on a 600ft high building.

Footage shows one of the professionals happily swaying out into the air with just a harness for support on the facade of the skyscraper in Bangkok, Thailand.

He was suspended high above the ground while scrubbing stains and repainting the structure in the Thai capital.

The Burmese team climbed up and down on a pulley system, braving strong winds and intense heat as they carried out the dangerous task.

Each of them had a bucket attached to their safety belts and used rollers to apply white paint on the surface on June 17.

Worker Khun Thar Nge, from Myanmar, said: ‘I'm never afraid. But I always pray that we have a safe day doing our jobs. It's a fun line of work.'
