Commercial Pickup Truck Collides With Motorcycle Leaving Motorcyclist With Severe Injuries

**REPORT OF SCENE:** A motorcyclist and commercial pickup truck collided Wednesday morning on the 1400 Block of Del Mar Ave, between Lime Ave and Wells St. San Gabriel Police and Fire dept. responded lights and sirens. The San Gabriel Fire Dept. transported the motorcyclist to the LA County USC hospital for major injuries. San Gabriel Police shutdown Del Mar Ave from Lime Ave to Wells St. for an investigation. The closure lasted for several hours causing congestion in the area. The cause of the collision has not yet been identified as San Gabriel Police are actively investigating.
